Corrections

Editorial policy

This corrections policy covers reported errors in sneaker batch codes, shipping times, sizing charts and related information. Correction notes describe actual changes and dates; they must not invent a revision history.

How to submit: send the article URL, the disputed sentence or row, and any evidence available to editorial@kakobuysneakers.net, such as QC photos, order screenshots, or size-label photos. Plain descriptions are acceptable. Include only information needed to explain the issue, and redact unnecessary personal details.

Handling targets: where the contact channel is monitored and adequately staffed, aim to acknowledge within two business days and resolve within five business days. These are targets, not guaranteed service levels. Confirmed errors should be corrected with a dated note and updates to affected tables. If a correction affects a score, explain the change and its reason.

Where correction is not possible: if the record is unclear, for example when an agent does not confirm a factory, wording should be amended to what can be verified and the limitation noted at the foot of the review.

Retests triggered by corrections: if a correction shows a scored pair no longer matches current orders, the pair should be re-ordered and retested rather than leaving the score in place; retest date and change should be noted.

No silent deletion: disputes should not be resolved by quietly deleting articles. If a review is retired, the URL should carry a dated note explaining why.

Material corrections retain the original publication date and show the correction or revision date separately; score changes retain the former score and the reason.
